EVENT PARTICIPATION WAIVER & LIABILITY RELEASE
 

By purchasing a ticket, attending, or participating in any event hosted by The HIGHdration Station, Rasha Mediene, or affiliated partners, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
 

1. Voluntary Participation

I understand that participation in HIGHdration Station events is completely voluntary. I choose to participate at my own risk.

I understand that events may include activities such as, but not limited to:

• wellness experiences
• social gatherings
• outdoor activities
• horseback riding
• swimming or pool access
• fitness activities
• transportation between locations
• cannabis friendly environments
• food and beverage consumption
• vendor activations
• physical activities
• other recreational experiences

I understand that some events may take place on private property, ranches, outdoor terrain, pools, wellness venues, or undisclosed/private locations.
 

2. Assumption of Risk

I understand that participation may involve inherent risks including, but not limited to:

• slips or falls
• injuries
• allergic reactions
• dehydration
• heat exhaustion
• interactions with animals
• transportation incidents
• physical exertion
• exposure to cannabis smoke or cannabis products
• actions of other attendees
• unforeseen accidents or injuries

I knowingly and voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.
 

3. Cannabis Acknowledgment

I understand that HIGHdration Station events may be cannabis friendly environments.

I acknowledge that:

• cannabis consumption is entirely optional
• I am solely responsible for my own decisions and consumption
• I must be 21+ to consume cannabis products
• I will not operate a vehicle while impaired
• I am responsible for understanding my own tolerance and limits
• HIGHdration Station does not force or pressure any guest to consume cannabis

I understand that attendees may bring or consume products including flower, edibles, oils, concentrates, or other cannabis related products where legally permitted.
 

4. Health & Medical Responsibility

I confirm that I am physically and mentally capable of participating in the event activities.

I understand that HIGHdration Station is not responsible for any medical conditions, injuries, illnesses, reactions, or complications that may occur during or after participation.

I agree to seek medical attention at my own expense if needed.
 

5. Release of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release and discharge The HIGHdration Station, Touché Management, event hosts, property owners, instructors, vendors, sponsors, staff, volunteers, contractors, affiliates, and partners from any and all liability, claims, demands, damages, losses, injuries, or causes of action arising out of or related to my participation.

This includes claims resulting from negligence, accidents, injuries, property damage, illness, or death.
 

6. Personal Responsibility

I agree to:

• behave respectfully
• follow staff instructions
• comply with all local laws
• avoid unsafe behavior
• not attend while excessively intoxicated
• leave the event if instructed by staff for safety reasons

I understand that unsafe, aggressive, illegal, or disruptive behavior may result in removal without refund.
 

7. Media Release

I understand that photos and videos may be taken during events.

By attending, I grant The HIGHdration Station permission to use my likeness, voice, image, or appearance in promotional materials, social media, marketing content, and future event promotions without compensation.

If I do not wish to appear on camera, I understand it is my responsibility to notify staff before the event begins.
 

8. Refund Policy

I understand that all ticket sales are final unless otherwise stated.

Event details, schedules, vendors, activities, and locations may change at any time without notice.

General areas may be shared before events, but exact locations may remain private until after ticket purchase or closer to event time for safety and privacy purposes.
